What Ling SPA offers
Ling SPA is listed as a massage spa, with massage and spa as secondary categories. Reviewers name deep tissue massage and 90 minute sessions, and most of the visits they describe centered on the neck, shoulders and back.
The people writing about it seem to be adults arriving with specific areas of tension or soreness, some on a first visit and one who calls it a go-to massage spot. Reviewers name two therapists, May and Anna, and one says the therapist adapted the massage to the individual.
What customers say about Ling SPA
Four of the five review excerpts give 5 stars. Reviewers praise thoroughness, pressure and technique. One review from 4 years ago calls a 90 minute session money well spent after a build-up of neck tension, and describes a therapist with extensive knowledge of the mechanics of the body. Another from 4 years ago calls a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Anna outstanding.
One review from 2 years ago says a reviewer with years of back pain felt much better after a single session with May, and describes the spa as very clean and comfortable, with good privacy. A second review from 2 years ago reports easy booking, a same-day visit, and a small therapist who worked every muscle group with full effort.
The one critical review, from a year ago, gives 1 star. The reviewer says the masseuse asked for payment and a tip before the massage, reacted badly to a $10 tip and was paid $20. The review adds that she answered her phone to schedule appointments and left the room repeatedly, with that time counted toward the session.
Ling SPA hours, prices and payment
Ling SPA is open seven days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM, with the same hours from Monday through Sunday.
Reviewers speak well of the value of longer sessions: one calls a 90 minute massage money well spent, and another says May explained everything so the price matched expectations. Two reviews report paying before the treatment began, and one of those includes a tip. The business accepts credit cards and contactless payment.

I have had chronic back pain for years. And although Chiropractors helped, it was never a great relief of the pain. But after one session with May my back is feeling SO GREAT! I feel like I can finally move! The spa itself is very clean and comfortable. May also was so kind and explained everything so I had a good expectation of what I was paying for. Privacy was wonderful as well! Something that May did that I didn’t experience in my past massage (I have only had one other professional massage before this, by somebody else) was before the massage she felt my muscles and asked if we could just focus on my problem areas. So instead of a full body massage, she skipped my legs and focused on my back. I really appreciated this!! She was also very mindful and asked if the pressure was too much and if I was comfortable throughout the session. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Had bad experience in this massage spa. Masseuse asked me to pay immediately and give a tip before the massage. She gave me an attitude when I offered $10 dollars tip. But I ended up pay her 20$ because she wont accept 10$ tip. She repeatedly answered her phone to schedule appointments during my massage and kept leaving the room, and all of this was counted towards my massage time. It is definitely not a relaxing experience.

My neck and shoulder had been bothering me lately. Found this amazing spot based on those who had a great experience based on the recent reviews. Easy booking, came on the same day. Paid before treatment. Pleased beyond expectation! The specialist who treated me was very tiny but she exerted every strength she had. Every muscle group has been touched. Really feel good about it. I can not wait to see them again. And I am sure that they are excellent for other services they can offer. Thank you so much!

Went in yesterday suffering from extreme tension buildup in my neck that was causing a headache on a daily basis. Opted for a 90 minute session and it was money well spent. She was very thorough with the massage professionally and I left feeling better than I have in a very long time. The therapist has very extensive knowledge about the mechanics of the body and can adapt the massage to the individual needs of the person. This was a quality PROFESSIONAL massage. I highly recommend this place!! Update- finally got the wife to go in for a massage. She was extremely nervous about it!!! They made sure to communicate with her and ask if she was comfortable. She went in suffering with neck, back, and hip pain. She is now pain free!!! I can’t thank them enough for the extra care and communication that they gave her. She is now willing to go back in without me having to argue with her about her needing to go. She said she hasn’t felt this good in years!!! Thank you so very much to the woman who gave her the massage!! She is back to her old self before the pain started setting limits to what she was able to do.

Anna is amazing! My first visit almost one year ago was a 90 min deep tissue Massage. I came in with back spasms and shoulder issues. My massage was outstanding! Great pressure, great technique, and superb professionalism. Anna worked out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! She is a wonder woman! A very relaxing environment and great service; I found my “go too” massage spa.
